This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on the Covaya Properties website. We keep this to a minimum: we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
What we store in your browser
This website uses only a small amount of storage in your browser, all of it needed for functions you use:

None of these are used for tracking or advertising. Legal basis: they are strictly necessary to provide a function you have requested (Section 25(2) of the German TDDDG and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive) and our legitimate interest in a user-friendly website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Third-party content
The client reviews on our homepage (Trustindex / Facebook) and the maps on property pages (OpenStreetMap) are loaded from external servers. These providers receive your IP address to deliver their content; according to their own policies they do not set cookies through our website for that purpose. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies
You can view and delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, the website will simply show the default English version until you switch language again.
